Geography Activities

Activity 1: UK Geography

Print off a map of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Whales, Northern Ireland). Show that England is part of a group of countries called the United Kingdom.

Choose one color for each country and have them color each country in the UK a different color.

These are England preschool activities so if you think this will be too much for your little one, focus on finding and coloring in England.

Activity 2: Build Famous Landmarks

Print out pictures of famous landmarks of England and challenge your preschooler to build them out of play dough or blocks. Big Big, Stonehenge, Buckingham Palace, and Tower Bridge are some places to include.

Activity 2: Dress Up Like the Monarch

When looking into England’s culture, nearly everything said that a love for the monarch runs deep. So what better way to show this than to play dress up?!

It may be a bit shocking to your preschooler that people speak English differently, and they don’t sound the same, nor do they use the same phrases.

These phrases may stick even after you have completed the England preschool activities.
