Activity 1: Make Mini Pinatas

Use a brown paper bag and let your little one attach square pieces of tissue paper to the bag using glue. Once it is decorated with tissue paper (and has dried), fill it with candy, small toys, or something similar.

Let your little ones take turns breaking the pinatas, just like at a Mexican fiesta.

Your little ones will love this pick for the Mexico preschool activities list.

Activity 2: Art Time!

Show your preschooler work by Frida Kahlo or Diego Rivera and have them make art in the same style. Art inspired by Frida Kahlo’s art may be as simple as a self-portrait and adding flowers to their hair, etc.
